• Fax or E-mail us the details about your design. Most importantly the size and shape. This is the basis for estimating the “stitch count”. From there we can get the ball rolling.
  
  
• Some basic understanding of the limitations of embroidery helps.
  Like; how small the lettering can be. The use of “fill” that consumes valuable stitch count, and more.
  
  
• One benefit of embroidery is that if you need up to six colors in your design, the cost is not significantly more than a one color design. Not true in screen printed designs where the number of colors directly effects the end price by leaps and bounds.
  
  
• The digitizing of a new design is typically more costly compared to the set-up charges for screen printing. We have many designs already digitized and waiting for your Local Number or other wording to be added at a minimal charge.
  
  
• Our procedure for new designs for embroidery includes sending you a detailed E-mail photo or scan of your new “sewn-out” Logo.

Each design is digitized using Wilcom digitizing software. We do not just scan your logo, but actually digitize it for a three dimensional finished product. This tajima embroidery machine has 12 heads, automatic thread trim, and 9 color  setup. A tubular frame attachment allows hats to be embroidered on the front, back, and sides.
